Introduction
Singlife CareShield Plus is a CPF Medisave approved plan to supplement policyholders of Eldershield and Careshieldlife to provide lifetime protection against severe disability. The plan provides a monthly benefit when the insured is unable to perform 2 out of 6 activities of daily living (ADL).

Coverage and Benefits

  • Receive a lifetime monthly benefit in the inability to perform 2/6 ADL
  • Receive both Aviva MylongtermCare Plus payout and Careshieldlife payout in the  inability to perform 3/6 ADL
  • Premium is waived in the inability to perform 1/6 ADL
  • Additional payout for the plan that includes a Lump Sum Benefit, Rehabilitation Benefits, Dependant Care Benefit
